Who We Are

**The Libbie Mill Social Committee Mission Statement**
 
Our mission is to foster a welcoming and inclusive community where neighbors come together to build strong relationships, ensure a safe and friendly environment, and create a comfortable place for all residents to call home. We are dedicated to organizing events, initiatives, and activities that promote camaraderie, mutual support, and a vibrant neighborhood spirit. Through our collective efforts, we aim to enhance the quality of life for everyone in our community.
 
 
The Social Committee is comprised of both Townhome and Condo owners. The Committee currently consists of

The Committee meets the third Monday of every month. 6 pm at the Clubhouse.

**All are welcome! We are always looking for new ideas and help in planning neighborhood activities. 
 
The Committee currently hosts Book Club, weekly Ukulele jams, Game Night, December Holiday and Halloween parties as well as a Spring Meet & Greet, and an annual Community BBQ.

Signature Events
We host a Meet & Greet in the Spring, a BBQ in the early Summer, a Halloween party in late October and a Holiday party in December. Please check your email and the website as these events are announced!
 
 
Book Club
Hosted monthly! 6-7:30 pm at the Clubhouse.
 
We will discuss an assigned book along with other books we’ve recently read. All book lovers welcome even if you have not read the book!

Ukulele Jam
Love music or always wanted to learn the Ukulele. The focus will be on learning together, having fun and making music in a relaxed supportive setting. Bring your Ukulele and a smile. We can’t wait to play with you. Contact Sharon Berry teastreet@gmail.com for more information. 
 
Game Night
Hosted on the third Thursday of each month, 7:00–8:30 p.m, at the Clubhouse. BYOB; light snacks are provided.
 
We have been alternating months between BUNCO and a Game Night Happy
